West Mifflin Soccer Club Agreement of Behavior

I (We) the parents/guardians of do agree to allow my (our) child to participate in the West Mifflin Soccer Club (WMSC). I (We) will conduct myself (ourselves) in an acceptable fashion as determined by WMSC policies. I (We) will be accountable for both my (our) actions and those of my (our) child. I (We) as parents/guardians of the above mentioned child understand, and will comply with the following rules:

Conduct of Good Sportsmanship:

Players must:

Exhibit good sportsmanship at all times with opponents, teammates, coaches, referees, and spectators before, during, and after any WMSC activity.

Parents/Guardians must:

Control any negative emotions, or unsportsmanlike actions that are directed towards players, coaches, referees, and spectators before, during and after any WMSC activity.

 

The WMSC’s purpose is to permit an atmosphere where players may participate, learn and enjoy the experience of playing organized soccer. WMSC will control and enforce disciplinary actions for any unacceptable behavior committed by players, parents, referees, or coaches.

The WMSC acknowledges that emotions are present in all sports, and regrets the necessity of this form. We have had past incidents that have required the league to take action to permit the proper atmosphere for our children. Should an incident arise, the WMSC will take any action it deems necessary to ensure the safety of the players, coaches, referees, and spectators.

The WMSC strives to achieve an enjoyable, educational, and memorable experience with all participants involved. The WMSC hopes that your child, and all participants, has an enjoyable season!
